1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–11 business days in transit, giving a total estimated delivery time of 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order size.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also accepted. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the cost.

5. How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@sienie.com (or provide your preferred store email). Include your order number, and we’ll send you detailed instructions along with a pre-approved return address.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
